Roti Sheets
Roti is an originally Hindu, stuffed, ‘bread pancake’. Potato, lentils or chickpeas are examples of the filling, naturally seasoned with herbs and spices such as cumin, garlic, peppers. You can let go of your imagination yourself after eating the delicious roti that is accompanied by a vegetable and meat dish, often stewed. The roti is then used as ‘cutlery’. You tear off pieces of bread and use them to grab a bite of the meat or vegetables. RotiWraps, which can also be eaten with a fork and knife, are on the rise.
